Payment
At Diamonds CPH, you can pay online with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, ViaBill, and Anyday.
Payment is only withdrawn from your account when we dispatch the physical item. We do not charge any card fees.
When paying with ViaBill, you receive the goods first and then pay your monthly installment on the same date each month. If you fail to pay on time, a fee will be added. If you cancel your purchase, the agreement with ViaBill ceases. Read more here: ViaBill Terms
With Anyday, you can split the payment into four installments. You pay 25% upon delivery of the item and the rest over the next three months. Anyday is free as long as you pay on time. Read Anyday's terms here: Anyday Terms

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days. Diamonds CPH ships items with:
• PostNord – Private
• PostNord – Business
• PostNord – Parcel Shop
• GLS – Private
• GLS – Parcel Shop
Delivery is always free. You can choose between "without delivery" and "with delivery". You always receive a track and trace number, so you can track your package from our warehouse to your address.

Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days of withdrawal when purchasing from us. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive the item. When ordering multiple items in the same order that are delivered individually, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.
You have 14 days from receipt to inform us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. Send an email to info@diamondscph.dk or use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You cannot withdraw the purchase by simply refusing to accept the item without notice.

Partial Withdrawal
If you have purchased multiple items, you can return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Note that shipping costs are not refunded if you withdraw part of the purchase.

Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item. You must pay for the return shipping, and you are liable if the item is damaged during transport. Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail, e.g., very large orders. The cost of returning these items is expected to be a maximum of 500 DKK.

No Right of Withdrawal
You cannot withdraw purchases of items that have been made according to your specifications or have been clearly personalized. Items that have been specifically ordered for you cannot be withdrawn either.

Condition of the Item upon Return
If the item has lost value due to use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item, you can only receive part of the purchase amount back. The size of the refund depends on the commercial value of the item. In some cases, this may mean that you only get the shipping costs back. We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you withdraw your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs if you have chosen a different delivery method than our standard). The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the payment until we have received the item back or received documentation of the return.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address. You can also withdraw your purchase by personally delivering the item to the above address by prior arrangement.

Warranty
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Sale of Goods Act apply. You have a 24-month warranty. If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a discount, depending on the situation. You must complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months, it is always considered timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must be returned in proper packaging. Remember to include the shipping receipt so we can refund your shipping costs.

Complaint Procedure
If you wish to complain about your purchase, contact info@diamondscph.dk. If it is not possible to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus. To be able to complain, the item must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. There is a fee for processing the complaint. If you shop on an e-marked webshop, you can have your case processed for free by e-marked - regardless of the amount. Read more here. If you reside in another EU country than Denmark, you can complain to the EU Commission's online complaint portal here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Privacy Policy
We collect the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address. We record and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you. The information is stored at Diamonds CPH for five years, after which it is deleted. We collaborate with a number of companies that store and process data on our behalf. They only process the information for us and may not use it for their own purposes. We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection. The data controller at diamondscph.dk is Diamonds CPH ApS. You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you. If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In certain cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
